CDDAR Air Bag and Control Console Containers

914th Air Refueling Wing Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Niagara Falls, New York 14304

STATEMENT OF WORK

914th MXS Aero Repair Shop CDDAR Air Bag and Control Console Containers April, 29 2021

Project name Crash Damaged Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) Air Bag and Control Console Containers.

1.0 Objective: The 914th Maintenance Squadron (MXS) Aero Repair Shop Building 912 requires the Purchase and delivery of six each CDDAR Air bag and control console containers.

2.0Scope of Work: Purchase and delivery of six CDDAR air bag and control console containers and transportation necessary to provide the following;
3.0Six (6) CDDAR Air bag and control console containers Stock number 8145-01-437-2526
3.0.1Specifications

The CDDAR air bag and control console containers provided shall have the following characteristics to be considered;

Reusable Shipping Container

•Container shall be stackable up to 2 units high.
•Container shall have a maximum weight capacity equal to the weight of an empty container plus contents up to 1,500 pounds.
•Container shall be able to be moved with a forklift.

3.0.1.1 Container Specifications

Container shall have the dimensions specified below within a variance of plus or minus (+/-) 1.0000 inches;

•Container shall have an Interior Dimension height of 62 inches.
•Container shall have an Interior Dimension length of 140 inches.
•Container shall have an Interior Dimension depth of 51 inches.
•Container shall have a .5 inch double laminate divider on the inside of the case at 76 inches.

3.0.1.2 Characteristics of the Reusable Shipping Container. The following is a list of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics that the container must meet to be acceptable for award.

•The container shall have dual hinged front lids with caster wheels for support and ease of movement when opened.
•The dual hinged front lids shall have securing latches.
•The container shell (interior and exterior) shall be made of 12mm aluminum/white laminate material.

3.0.1.3 Delivery

•Deliver to Building 912 at Niagara Falls ARS
3.0.2Maintenance and/or protection should include but not limited to the below option;

• Standard Manufacturer's Warranty.
