About this file
This document is an attachment that contains basic preventative maintenance procedures for hydraulic systems, electrical systems, mechanical systems, air and lubrication systems, coolant systems, spindles, automatic pallet changers, automatic tool changers, and other machine shop equipment. The procedures outline the specific maintenance tasks and inspections to be performed on these systems and components on a regular basis. This document supports a pre-solicitation notice for a forthcoming contract opportunity for preventative maintenance and repair services for the machine shop at Tooele Army Depot. The pre-solicitation requests information from industry to help streamline the solicitation process. The contract will be awarded by the Department of the Army Materiel Command Contracting Command Rock Island Arsenal.
