Evaluation (CE) is the periodic reviewing of the individual's background to determine whether they continue to meet the requirements for national security eligibility.
DoDINST 5200.02, Procedures for the DOD Personnel Security Program (PSP), requires all personnel in national security positions will be subject to CE. Adjudicative Guidelines are used to determine an individual’s national security eligibility.
