About this file

This document is a Sources Sought Notice for a solicitation from the Department of Commerce National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to upgrade the Immersive Visualization Environment (IVE) at their Gaithersburg, MD campus.

NIST is seeking a dual-view capable direct view LED display system to replace their existing projection-based visualization system. The upgraded system must meet specific technical requirements detailed in the attached specifications. NIST intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting the lowest technically acceptable quote. Quotes are due by 11:00 AM ET on May 20, 2024. Delivery, installation, and demonstration of the new system must be completed within 5 months of award. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. Vendors must provide detailed minimum computer requirements for the quoted display system, as NIST will be providing the computer separately.
