This solicitation is for a firm fixed price construction contract to replace HVAC controls at five facilities located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex in Florida. The work includes providing labor, equipment, and materials to replace HVAC controls with new automation servers and integrating them into the existing energy management control system. Graphical user interface screens, data logs, and alarms will also be provided. The magnitude of construction is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is being issued as a competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Funds are not presently available and the government's obligation is contingent upon appropriation of funds. The solicitation may be cancelled before or after the closing date with no obligation to reimburse offerors for costs.
