About this file

This document is the Attachment A Construction Experience Form, which is part of a solicitation for the Southern Appalachian Civil Construction II (SACC II) IDIQ contract.

The SACC II IDIQ is a multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for civil engineering construction projects in the southeastern United States, primarily consisting of road and transportation-related repair and construction services on National Forest System lands. The work may include new construction, additions, alterations, or maintenance and repairs. The IDIQ will allow the government to order services as needed.

The solicitation is a two-phase design-build/design-bid-build procurement. Phase I involves submitting proposals that will be evaluated on four factors to determine which offerors will advance to Phase II. For the selected offerors, two "seed" project task order Statements of Intent (SOIs) will then be emailed for pricing. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 30, 2024 to discuss the RFP, IDIQ, and the two Phase II "seed" task orders.
