Ref Item 10.a. Contractor will require access to COMSEC information at the on-base locations listed in item 8a. Contractor will not require their own COMSEC account. Access will be controlled by the sponsoring agency. Access to COMSEC material by personnel is restricted to U.S. citizens holding final U.S. Government clearances. Such information is not releasable to personnel holding only reciprocal clearances. Further disclosure of COMSEC information by a contractor, to include subcontracting, requires prior approval of the GCA. Non-accountable COMSEC information, though not tracked in the COMSEC material control system, may still require a level of control within a document control system. Refer to NSA/CSS Manual 3-16, "Control of Communications Security Material," and the Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 4001, "Controlled Cryptographic Items," for guidance.

Ref Item 11.a. The highest level of security clearance required for contract performance is SECRET. Using activities will provide applicable security classification guidance for performance of this contract, e.g. Security Classification Guide for F-15SG - Singapore, 1 June 2015. The government will oversee the handling and storage of classified information in support of this contract. The government will provide storage capability for all classified material required for this contract. All classified information shall be returned to the government upon termination of the contract. Disclosure of information to foreign citizens/representatives shall be IAW DAFMAN 16-201, Foreign Disclosure and Technology Transfer Program. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining applicable export licenses and notifying the GCA and Foreign Disclosure Officer prior to dissemination or disclosure.
Ref Item 11.j. Contractor will follow Operations Security (OPSEC) program requirements of individual sponsor agencies at location identified in item 8, and IAW DoDD 5205.02E, DoD Operations Security Program, AFI 10-701, Operations Security, and other local guidance.

Provide the information requested by the Notification of Government Security Activity Clause, AFFARS 5352.204.9000, to the Servicing Security Activity (SSA). Visitor Groups will safeguard all collateral classified information IAW DoDM 5200.1 (AFMAN 16-1404), Information Security Program, DoDM 5220.22 (AFMAN 16-1406), Industrial Security Program Management and other directives deemed necessary by the SSA.
