About this file

This document contains a labor categories spreadsheet and solicitation for the Enterprise Visibility and Management of Operating and Support Cost (EVAMOSC) program. The solicitation seeks proposals to provide various information technology labor categories including backend developers, frontend developers, technical architects, test and DevOps engineers, product managers, cost analysts, functional consultants, administrative assistants, and security administrators. Qualifications and experience requirements are outlined for each labor category. The Washington Headquarters Services/Acquisition Directorate is releasing solicitation number HQ0034-20-R-0079 electronically through Beta.Sam.gov to obtain these services in support of the EVAMOSC program, which aims to provide visibility into Department of Defense operating and support costs. Proposals are due by the date specified in the solicitation, with the ultimate goal of awarding a contract to provide the required IT services.
