MacDill AFB Unaccompanied Housing Campus CCTV PWS
1. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The contractor shall furnish all engineering, labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and services, unless otherwise specified herein, to provide CCTV network to MacDill AFB Unaccompanied Housing Campus, 2424 Administration Ave Tampa, FL 33621
2. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 Work Description
2.1.1 The contractor will remove current equipment and dispose of properly. The Airman Dorm Leader office will be given the DVR hard drives.
2.1.2 The Contractor shall deliver and install commercial CCTV as required to meet the customer's requirements in accordance with this Performance work statement.
2.1.3 The Contractor shall deliver and install equipment and infrastructure to provide CCTV services to the designated location. (Bldgs, 253, 370, 375, 376, 377)
2.1.4 All equipment that the Contractor provides shall be capable of running on 110 Volt 60 hertz power.
2.1.5 Contractor will provide/install all needed rack mounts and hardware to install units in buildings 253, 370, 375, 376, 377.
3. REQUIRED CAMERA COVERAGE/ FEATURES
3.1 The Contractor shall provide cameras that are wired back to individual NVRs in each building. (Bldgs. 253, 370, 375, 376, 377)
3.2 NVR units will be all connected to the network in each building, and set up to run over commercial internet and accessed in building 370.
3.4 The Contractor shall coordinate the service with the Customer and shall be responsible for the technical sufficiency of the circuits, including services necessary to establish, operate and restore the circuits.
3.5 The Contractor shall coordinate servicing of the equipment and emergency trouble calls with the 6 CES Dorm Management (DM) Projects and Programs lead. The Contractor shall provide a seven (7) day advance notice to the 6 CES DM for all scheduled maintenance.
3.6 The Customer will, under no circumstances, accept claims from the Contractor for services that were refused, or could not be executed, because they were presented at a time other than established in the work schedule or as mutually agreed between the Contracting Officer and Contractor.
3.7 The contractor shall supply a Windows 10 OS computer to act as a C2 system that will integrate with WLAN.
3.7.1 The contractor shall supply 2 55” Televisions to be integrated into the C2 system.

4. SERVICE SUPPORT
4.1 The Contractor shall provide the following customer support services:
4.1.1 Onsite installation as described above.
4.1.2 Circuit/connection testing to ensure operability and coverage compliance.
4.1.3 Maintenance and repair within 3 business days of notification of all vendor provided equipment.
4.1.3.1 Prior to request of maintenance and repair, the Customer will troubleshoot the issue using the following method: The Customer will inspect the router and switches. Additionally, the Customer will inspect all power and Ethernet cables running from the router/switch to the end user devices. If the fault has been determined not to be the aforementioned equipment, the Customer will contact the Contractor and request immediate support to restore services.
4.1.4 Software/hardware upgrades needed to continue to enhance functionality as applicable.
4.1.5 Technical Support hotline (phone number and email address). English speaking helpdesk telephone and email support will allow for an unlimited number of email or telephone incidents and must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.
4.1.6 The customer support services shall be available to the 6 CES DM to obtain technical assistance relating to the WLAN.
4.2 The Contractor shall adhere to the following guidance:
4.2.1 At any time the Contractor performs work, there shall always be a Government representative present during inspections of and repairs to the system/equipment, to include any work conducted after duty hours, on weekends, or on holidays.
4.2.2 The Contractor shall, at no additional expense, provide expert technicians for specific hardware/software systems to rectify any problems with the CCTV.
4.2.3 Only a Contracting Officer (CO) may approve Contractor repairs to government-owned equipment and such approval must take place prior to any Contractor repair work. All requests for such repairs will be routed through the 6 CES DM Project and Programs Lead to the CO for approval. The Government shall process any/all repair work (outside of warranty scope) performed by the Contractor without prior CO approval as an unauthorized commitment.
5.0 CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Contractor shall provide a minimum 2-year warranty to all installed software/hardware/infrastructure. Option to extend warranty when the 2-year period is expired at Government’s discretion is required.
