Safety (CSS Report)

- Weekly checklist discussion: (Contractor shall provide a “head’s up” for any planned hazardous operations for this work week and shall acknowledge that a pre-task meeting per KNPR 8715.7 will be held prior to the hazardous operation; a dated notation to this by the COTR will be made in the Weekly Notes).

- Construction Safety Specialist (CSS) Report

Safety Specialist will state whether any new information has been entered in the safety database.

Environmental Compliance (EPOC Report)

Submittals (attach log)

Operational Constraints (O&M and SME) Identify any operations which may impact the construction contractors planned work at the facility site, including any specific contract scope of work that is required to be complete prior to the start of a particular operation.

Outages (O&M and SME) Review planned outages, including status of request, schedule, systems affected, duration, contingency plans, etc. Include ISC SMEs for outage review and assessments

Deviation Waivers (DWs) (Prime contractor shall communicate any items listed below to subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and affected entities):

Review and discuss all D/W’s and their affect(s) in regards to Safety, Environmental, O&M, and others who may be affected.
