Engine Component Improvement Program (CIP)

Statement of Objectives

TITLE: Technical Support

PURPOSE

This effort shall provide a means by which USAF can contact the contractor for the purposes of obtaining technical support on any T400 related topics or issues.

SCOPE

The purpose of this effort is to provide technical support to the USAF on an as-needed basis.

Contractor personnel shall be available to answer technical questions and/or provide data or information as requested by USAF.

Possible topics for support include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Inquiries regarding part numbers and equivalency thereof

• Recommendations on use/equivalency of various consumables

• General inquiries to gain SME input on topics of interest to USAF

Deliverables shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Any required documentation to facilitate answering questions or addressing issues from

USAF

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

This effort shall have a base period of 10 months (15 Jan 26 – 31 Oct 26). Contractor shall assume a maximum of 20 hours of support per month required for the first three months (Jan – Mar) and a maximum of 15 hours of support per month for the remaining seven months (Apr – Oct)

An option shall be included for a period of 12 months to be exercised at USAF discretion (1 Nov 26 – 31 Oct 27). Contractor shall assume a maximum of 15 hours of support per month required.
