Engine Component Improvement Program (CIP)

Statement of Objectives

TITLE: Technical Support

PURPOSE

This effort shall provide a means by which USAF can contact the contractor for the purposes of obtaining technical support on any T400 related topics or issues.

SCOPE

The purpose of this effort is to provide technical support to the USAF on an as-needed basis.

Contractor personnel shall be available to answer technical questions and/or provide data or information as requested by USAF.

Possible topics for support include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Inquiries regarding part numbers and equivalency thereof

• Recommendations on use/equivalency of various consumables

• General inquiries to gain SME input on topics of interest to USAF

Deliverables shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Any required documentation to facilitate answering questions or addressing issues from

USAF

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

This effort shall have a base period of 4 months (8 Jul 25 – 31 Oct 25)*

An option shall be included for a period of 12 months to be exercised at USAF discretion (1 Nov 25 – 31 Oct 26)

An option shall be included for a period of 8 months to be exercised at USAF discretion (1 Nov 26 – 31 May 27)**

*Base period shall begin upon contract award and go through 31 Oct 25, regardless of number of months in actual base period

**Option II period shall be set such that the total length of Base Period + Options is 24 months in total for the entire contract
