About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued by the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Health Contracting Branch for Madigan Army Medical Center. The agency intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract with a one-year base period and four one-year options for an upgraded Sysmex Analyzer, reagents, and supplies compatible with their current Sysmex XN9000 Analyzer and Roller 20 PN Workstation. The upgraded modules must not inhibit their directional workflow and must remain connected to their automation. Interested vendors should submit capability statements by February 16, 2023 demonstrating their ability to fulfill the requirement for a complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and characterization of white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. The notice provides a draft performance work statement and salient characteristics for review but does not obligate the government to award a contract.
