DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION/STATEMENT OF WORK

PURPOSE AND CONTENT

The purpose is to select a vendor to supply a service contract for core trial support, data processing and data storage, system support services, Vytelle software user licenses, a Vytelle software site license, reporting and on demand data for GrowSafes and in-pen weighing systems manufactured by Vytelle.

Systems are being used at the OCPARC at 7207 West Cheyenne St, El Reno, OK 73036.

BACKGROUND

The Facilities and Site

Oklahoma and Central Plains Agricultural Research Center is seeking a contractor to allow scientists to access data collected and to assist technicians with trial start-up support, trial management support, and remote automated system monitoring. The equipment is being used at the Oklahoma and Central Plains

Agricultural Research Center in Canadian County.

System Requirements and Specification

The service contract must include:

1. Core trial support

2. Data processing and data storage

3. Vytelle software user licenses

4. Vytelle software site license

5. Reporting and on demand data for GrowSafes and in-pen weighing systems mfd. by Vytelle

6. Data processing and data storage

7. System support services

8. Warranty services

9. Trial support that includes daily feed intake data

10. Feeding events

11. Meal events

12. In-pen weighing frequency and duration.

Period of Performance

Base Year August 30, 2025 – August 29, 2026

Option Year 1 August 30, 2026 – August 29, 2027

Option Year 2 August 30, 2027 – August 29, 2028

Option Year 3 August 30, 2028 – August 29, 2029

Option Year 4 August 30, 2029 – August 29, 2030
