About this file
This Request for Information (RFI) solicits capability statements from interested parties for potential in-service engineering and life cycle support for C5I elements on Independence variant Littoral Combat Ships. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division seeks to identify qualified sources that can manage design, integration, testing, software development and maintenance, logistics support, training, and configuration management for C5I systems. Interested parties must submit company information and a capability statement by May 12th, 2023 addressing their ability to manage the effort, technical expertise, and capacity to perform work valued at over 50% of total contract costs using their own employees. The RFI also seeks feedback on feasibility and challenges of the requirement. Responses will help determine if opportunities exist for small business set-asides under NAICS code 541330.
