The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install wall mount industrial fans as defined in this Statement of Work. Fans are already on location at FMS #4 in Gulfport, MS. MSARNG purchased 12 of these industrial fans August of 2022 but were unable to provide installation at that time. a. Each Fan measures approximately 6 feet in diameter with 6 fans installed in the north bay and 6 in the south bay. There will need to be a total of 12 new electrical circuits going all the way back to respective mechanical rooms and into distribution panels with dedicated circuit breakers.
b. The northern bay has an electrical room located in close proximity, while the southern bay has about 50-75ft of additional run through conduit to reach the nearest electrical room.
Each fan will be mounted to the existing building columns. The recommended electrical connection for each fan will be using 240v to reduce the overall loads added to the existing panels.
c. Each bay has a ~100ft. run from wall to wall, 20ft perpendicular run, and approximately
25ft. run down the walls to where the controllers will be located for the outermost fans.
Center-mounted fans have about a 50ft straight run and then 35ft perpendicular run to the walls followed by about 25ft to controller mount. Entry area mounted fans would have less than 4 feet straight run, followed by 20ft perpendicular run, and then 25ft run down each wall to the respective controller. Note that these measurements must be doubled per bay and then doubled to account for both bays. It is the contractor’s responsibility to field verify these measurements.

Materials offered must be of same quality and capability as product referenced in this solicitation. Products shall be like or similar in the quality, physical attributes, and capabilities to the BAF Pivot Series as mentioned. It is the offeror’s responsibility to prove their product offering is equal to the main capabilities and quality referenced in the SOW.
