Statement of Work
Advanced Meter Reading System & Ramp Lighting Control System
1. This statement of work specifies the requirements for backing up the data, migrate all the existing data to a new computer with an authorized Operating System for the Advanced Meter
Reading System and Ramp Lighting Control System (RLCS). Contractor shall configure software ensuring proper communication with different Industrial Control systems and to configure network devices by replacing the current switches to switches listed in the Approved
Products List Integrated Tracking Systems (APLITS) https://aplits.disa.mil/processAPList.action and configure all Wireless Communications/Radio Frequency devices to meet DAFGM 2023-

2. These systems are located on a military installation in a controlled space secured behind a locked room accessible to only authorized personnel.
3. Government will provide a computer and an approved Microsoft Windows 10 Operating
System.
4. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, insurance, taxes, certifications, permits, and all other items or services necessary to perform the membrane replacement.
5. The Contractor shall configure all the Wireless Configuration/Radio Frequency to meet
DAFGM 2022-32-01 Parag. 3.4.3.4, ensuring the data transmission is encrypted “end-to-end” over an assured channel, the device is aligned to the sensitivity of the date, and the device is validated under the “Cryptographic Module Validation Program”.
6. Period of Performance: 30 days from contract award date.
7. Service Requested
a. Back-up the data from existing databases on the Windows 7 Computer
b. Migrate the AMR data from Windows 7 computer to the government provided Windows 10 computer.
c. Configure software to ensure proper communication with various Programmable Logic
Controllers, water and electrical meters feeding data into the AMR PC.
d. Configure RLCS software to ensure proper communication with different devices within the
RLCS internal network.
e. Properly replace, install, configure, and manage all authorized switches. One (1) switch in the Electrical Shop and Eight (8) switches, total, within the lighting towers.

f. Implement QOS and port security on the manageable switches, disable unused ports.
g. Ensure peripherals communicate with new operating system.
h. Replace Two (2) outdated switches and One (1) Digital Subscriber Line Access Multiplexer
(DSLAM) switch with new authorized manageable switches and configure them.
i. Implement QOS (Quality of Service) and port security on the manageable switches, disable unused ports.
j. Encrypt wireless devices to the highest supported standard.
