Version 11-30-2016-1 FAR Part 11—Describing Agency Needs

STATEMENT OF WORK (SERVICES)

(SOW)

GENERAL INFORMATION

Title of Project:

Consulting Services on the Design and Implementation of the OpenNeuroPET Project

Statement of Need and Purpose:

The goal of the OpenNeuroPET project is to develop an interface to the positron emission tomography (PET) datasets stored in the OpenNeuro database, and to provide researchers with additional resources to analyze those data. The National Institute of Mental Health’s Molecular

Imaging Branch is seeking a consultant who has extensive knowledge and expertise of the

OpenNeuroPET database to further enhance the features and functions of the database.

Background Information and Objective:

The OpenNeuro database has been developed to allow the sharing of a broad range of neuroimaging data, based on the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) standard for data organization. With the development of a BIDS standard for PET data, it is now possible to upload those data to the database. In addition, the addition of derivative data to OpenNeuro

(currently in progress) will allow the uploading of processed data as well. The OpenNeuroPET project will provide an interface to these data for the PET research community, broadening access to those data and thus maximizing their utility.

Period of Performance:

The period of performance is one (1) base year from the date of award and four (4) option years.

Proposed Base Year: 09/01/2021 – 08/31/2022

Proposed Option Year One: 09/01/2022 – 08/31/2023

Proposed Option Year Two: 09/01/2023 – 08/31/2024

Proposed Option Year Three: 09/01/2024 – 08/31/2025

Proposed Option Year Four: 09/01/2025 – 08/31/2026
