About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details requirements for a 56ft x 96ft Sprung Building to be installed at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project requires a highly durable, all-weather structure engineered to withstand severe weather conditions including typhoons and hurricanes with wind gusts up to 200 mph. Key specifications include a corrosion-free aluminum substructure, membrane resistance to water and UV degradation, shatterproof interior lighting, HVAC power, emergency lighting, 8 interior outlets, 2 personnel doors, 2 rolling service doors, and a 12-month on-site preventative maintenance warranty.

The SOW outlines strict security protocols for contractor personnel, including compliance with base traffic regulations, prohibited possession of weapons, proper identification requirements, and adherence to controlled/restricted area procedures. Operational parameters specify work hours from 0730 to 1630 Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Contractors must provide a point of contact who can respond on-site within 1 hour during normal duty hours and within 2 hours during non-duty hours to address any government personnel concerns.
