About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a badge security system expansion project for the 36th Medical Group at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. The project requires installing 89 new badge readers across three buildings (26009, 26012, and 26001), integrating with the existing Symmetry Enterprise Version 8.1 software system. The comprehensive installation includes servers, laptops, a double-sided badge printer, readers, client software, licenses, power supplies, cabling, transformers, door hardware, exit buttons, and other accessories to create a complete turnkey solution.

Key requirements include programming and testing the new badge readers, setting up a centralized control workstation in the Facility Management department, and providing online training for two facility staff members. The contractor must also complete an assessment of existing systems and provide recommendations for potential replacements. Additional project specifications include responding same-day to service issues, providing warranty repairs at no cost, complying with base security protocols, and following OSHA and AFOSH safety standards. The normal work hours are 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday, with potential for special scheduling arrangements for restricted areas.
