About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project for the Air Force Reserve Command's 934th Civil Engineer Squadron to acquire a Fire Pump Operation Simulator Panel Package. The project involves procuring two simulator systems: a top-mount pump panel simulator and a side-mount pump panel simulator, each with specific technical requirements including LCD touch-screen interfaces, software-modeled hydrodynamics, scenario libraries, and comprehensive training capabilities. Each simulator is a free-standing, modular unit designed to provide safe, cost-effective training for fire department pump operators in a controlled environment.

The package also includes two 34" trainee visual scene monitors with Safety City Virtual World Scene Generation software, and a two-day on-site operations and maintenance training program for key personnel. The training will cover simulator setup, scenario configuration, instructor station operations, system features, and troubleshooting. The equipment comes with a minimum one-year warranty, and the contractor is expected to minimize disruption to base activities during implementation. The project will be located at 760 Military Highway, Building 802 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with the contractor afforded access to restrooms, electricity, and dumpsters at the facility.
