About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a furniture replacement project for Nellis Air Force Base, specifically for office workplace furniture at Tier II level. The project involves procuring, delivering, and installing new ergonomic workstation systems, including 15 sets of components such as electrical assemblies, steel tops, end frames, cable trays, work surfaces, and monitor arms. The contractor must remove existing office furniture, carefully disassemble and dispose of items, and coordinate with base personnel on furniture relocation.

Key requirements include completing the work within 90 days of Notice to Proceed, performing installation during 0730-1630 hours, and adhering to strict base entry procedures. The contractor must provide a one-year workmanship warranty, ensure proper electrical connections, and follow Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) safety guidelines. Base entry involves specific documentation requirements, including valid vehicle registration, insurance, driver's licenses, and base entry passes. The project will be considered complete after full installation, power verification, workspace cleaning, and a final walkthrough signed off by the project point of contact.
