About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details furniture installation requirements for the 31st Combat Training Squadron at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada. The contractor must install office furniture in a modular trailer, providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation within a six-month period. Key specifications include working hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, conducting a pre-installation walk-through to document existing conditions, and ensuring no damage to facilities during installation.
The SOW mandates compliance with multiple federal standards, including Air Force Engineering Technical Letters, Public Laws, Executive Orders, and Department of Defense instructions. The contractor must adhere to the Nellis-Creech Installation Development and Design (ID2) Handbook and obtain necessary permits, such as the Air Force Form 103 for any utility service interruptions. The installation site is located in the MSA area of Nellis Air Force Base, requires escorts, has limited electricity, and will involve off-road furniture delivery with no loading dock or double doors.
