This Statement of Work (SOW) details dumpster rental and disposal services for the Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge in New Jersey. The project involves providing dumpsters for demolition debris removal at three properties: Clark Property, Hamilton Property, and Q296, with services needed from July 2025 to October 2026. Contractors will supply 30-yard dumpsters for two material types (concrete and general demolition debris), with up to 4 dumpster swaps per day during a four-week project phase. Pricing will include initial delivery fees, per haul fees, and per-ton disposal fees, with an emphasis on recycling materials to minimize landfill waste. Dumpster deliveries and pickups will be coordinated through refuge staff during standard hours of 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday, and all materials become contractor property upon pickup. The project requires comprehensive documentation, including written tickets tracking dumpster arrivals and departures, with disposal weights to be reported within 24 hours.
