Statement of Work

Keesler AFB BBEC Audio Visual System Upgrade

1. Objective: To upgrade current system located in building 6732 BBEC.

2. Requirement: Contractor shall provide all services, supplies, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, labor supervision, management to complete this project. This system will not touch the

AFNET.

2.1 Ballroom, 2nd Floor:

• Provide and install 2 retractable projector screens (12.9”x 6.10”)

• Provide 10 wireless lapel microphones and 10 wireless handheld microphones

• Provide and install speakers with built in microphones to ensure adequate coverage for the space (5844 sq ft)

• Provide a Microsoft TEAMS package (commercial not AF) with a control panel to operate system

• Provide and install new lights for stage and dance floor with spotlight and dance lights

• Provide and install 3 Teams cameras (see attachment for desired locations)

• Reprogram current Crestron controller if possible or replace with a new controller

(approximately $25,000)

2.2 Function Room, 1st Floor (This room can be used as 2 separate rooms)

• Provide and install 2 new retractable projection screens (12.9” x 6.10”)

• Provide 2 Microsoft TEAMS packages (commercial not AF) with a control panel to operate system

• Reprogram current Crestron controller if possible or replace with a new controller

(approximately $25,000); need the capability to use as one system or 2 separate systems at the same time.

• Provide and install speakers with built in microphones to ensure adequate coverage for the space (2300 sq ft) (need the capability to use as one system or 2 separate systems at the same time)

2.3 Contractor to provide step by step operations and troubleshooting training to 8–10 people

2.4 Contractor is required to remove existing equipment and turn into 81FSS Government

Representative. 60 speakers total, 2 light bars in ballroom (9’ x 6’ x 10’), and all wiring that is to be removed and replaced.
