Statement of Work Spray Foam Installa�on

August 2023

I. Purpose:

The warehouse building is not insulated causing unsafe and inefficient protec�on of stored items. This requirement is to provide protec�on against weather elements.

II. Scope of Work:

A. Provide all equipment, labor, tools, equipment, transporta�on supervision and incidentals necessary to install new polyurethane spray foam in accordance with local, state and federal building codes.

B. Spray ceiling and all four walls with a polyurethane spray foam.

C. Building is 12’ (H) x 32’ (W) x 108’ (L). Ceiling is 13’ (H) x 32’ (L) from the center of the building.

D. Spray foam shall be applied in a seamless and fully adhered fashion and according to manufacturer’s recommenda�ons.

E. Apply 2” foam thickness.

F. Provide protec�on to flooring and windows during installa�on.

G. Prepare ceiling and walls to insure a good adhesion of the spray foam.

H. Clean up and trash and debris generated from work.

III. Period of Performance/Schedule:

A. 30 days from award date B. Work to be performed Monday-Friday 8a-4pm. Coordinate schedule with COR.

IV. General Informa�on:

A. Material submitals may be sent o COR for approval.

B. Riverside Indian School is a drug and tobacco free campus.

C. A current industry recognized professional accredita�on or cer�fica�on for high pressure spray polyurethane foam insula�on is required.
