About this file

This is a Requirements/Specification Document for the procurement of power meters and related components by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Communications Technology Laboratory, Radio Frequency Technology Division, Guided Wave Electromagnetics Group.

The acquisition includes twelve distinct line items totaling specific quantities of Keysight brand metering equipment and passive RF components. Required items are: four Nanovolt Meters (34420A with AC line selection option), four RF Power Meters (N432A with thermistor sensor adaptor cable), four EPM Series Power Meters (N1913B with power sensor cable, front calibrator, and 100-240 VAC input options), one USB Thermocouple Power Sensor (U8481A with DC to 18 GHz capability), two USB Thermocouple Power Sensors (U8487A with DC to 50 GHz capability), four Power Splitters (11667A, DC to 18 GHz), two Power Splitters (11667C, DC to 50 GHz), four Slotless Adapters (85054-60031), four 2.4mm Adapters (85056-60007), two 2.4mm to 3.5mm Adapters (11901C), two Coaxial Attenuators (8491B, DC to 18 GHz, 30 dB), and two Coaxial Attenuators (8490D, DC to 50 GHz, 30 dB). All equipment must be new with full original manufacturer warranty provided by U.S.-based service organizations. Delivery is required within 14 weeks of contract award to NIST-Boulder (325 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80305, Attn: Christian Long, Mail Stop 672.01), with partial deliveries acceptable. Vendors must possess an active Unique Entity Identification Number (UEI) on SAM.gov and an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) at time of award. Acceptance is expected within seven business days, and base manufacturer warranty is acceptable with no additional calibration, maintenance, training, or installation services required.
