1232SA25Q0494 - Attachment 1 - Specifications
Background:
We seek to obtain High-performance thin-layer chromatography (HPTLC) equipment.
HPTLC consists of multiple devices that each carry out distinct steps of the analytical process.
This technique separates mixtures of substances into their individual components and quantifies specific components, such as active ingredients. It also helps identify any foreign substances that may have been mixed in. A complete setup will not only include the equipment listed below but also include installation of all equipment, operational guarantee, and training.
Requirements:
Specifications needed for High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) equipment:
1. Automatic TLC Sampler for automated applications of samples such as spots, bands, or rectangles
2. Automatic Developing Chamber for automated development of HPTLC plates of 20x10 cm and 10x10 cm; Humidity Control Option included
3. Derivatizer for automated derivatization of HPTLC plates up to 20x10 cm
4. Visualizer 3 to capture high-resolution digital images of HPTLC plates; Includes 16mm lens suited for 20x10 and 10x10 cm plates
5. TLC Scanner 4 for scanning of objects up to 20x20 cm
6. Bioluminizer 2, for capturing luminescent images to detect toxins in food and water
