About this file

The document appears to be technical specifications for Low Noise Blocks (LNBs) that must be compatible with CPI Man-Packable Antenna Systems. The specifications outline the required features for X-Band, Ku-Band, and Ka-Band LNBs, including frequency coverage, single/multi-band operations, output frequency range, and connector type. The document references a related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number FA251724Q00JP, seeking LNBs that meet these technical requirements for the Department of the Air Force Space Command. The solicitation is in the pre-solicitation phase, and the attachments provide additional details on the required LNB specifications.

Low-Noise Blocks (LNB)

The LNBs must be compatible with the mounting system on CPI Man-Packable Antenna Systems, part number C125FA.

The LNB’s must be as below:

- Lo type: PLL (Internal)

- Lo Stability: +/- 10-25 kHz -The RF Output connector interface must be N-50 Ohm type

For X-Band, required specifications:

- Minimum coverage of frequencies from 7.25 - 7.75 GHz

- Single-Band operations to preserve fidelity of in-band reception

- Output frequencies between 950-2000MHz

For Ku-Band, required specifications:

- Minimum coverage of frequencies from 10.70 - 12.75 GHz

- Quad-Band operations to preserve fidelity of in-band reception (Multiple selectable band-input circuits enable wider frequency coverage without loss of fidelity)

- Output frequencies between 950-2000MHz

For Ka-Band, required specifications:

- Minimum coverage of frequencies from 18.20 - 21.20 GHz

- Triple-Band (Multiple selectable band-input circuits enable wider frequency coverage without loss of fidelity)

- Output frequencies between 950-2000MHz Based on previous communication the customer had with CPI, they have provided the part numbers for one such compatible part

- X-band: XT1000HN

- Ku-band: 1208HUN

- Ka-band: 9200HTABCN
