STATEMENT OF WORK
Scoreboard (Gymnasium) Official 8 Aug 2022

1. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
SCOPE: The contractor will provide the expertise needed to install all scoreboards. The general scope of services required for installation and repair services included in 5 year warranty, but is not limited to, the following:
The contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
a. Providing:
1. The contractor must be certified/licensed to conduct electrical work with-in the state of Arizona.
2. All work must be performed Monday – Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1700
3. Contractors Responsibilities: The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, supervision, training and services necessary to facilitate the safe execution of project.
a. Notifying the Bryant Fitness Center Director (or delegate) immediately of any accidents and injury which occurs.
b. Leaving facility and property in a clean and secure state at the conclusion of each business day.
The contractor’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
(a) Two scoreboards as specified in the product description below
(b) Delivery/installation schedule
(c) 5 year warranty
(d) Freight
(e) Installation replacing existing scoreboards
(f) Installation of two 12x7 scoreboards
(g) Installation of one set of two shot clocks
Product Description:
1. (2 each) Basketball/Volleyball/Wrestling LED Scoreboard w/ Intelligent Captions with Amber/Red Digits
2. (2 each) Striping 1" - Indoor Models (perimeter/timer)
3. (1 each) Slim Shot Clock & Game Clock LED Display (Set of 2) – Black with Amber/Red Digits
4. (2 each) Controller MPCW-7 (Wired or Wireless)
5. (2 each) MPC/ MPCW Control Carrying Case
6. (4 each) Receiver MPCW-7 (Wireless) for indoor scoreboards
2. HOURS OF OPERATION
a. All scheduled work is to be performed at Luke AFB Bryant Fitness Center, Bldg. 820. All work must be performed while the gym is staffed Monday – Friday between the hours of 0800 - 1700
3. CONTRACTOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT, PART MATERIALS AND SERVICES
a. Except for the utilities or services specifically stated to be Government furnished in paragraph 4, the Contractor shall furnish everything required to perform the services required.
4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED UTILITIES, SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT
a. The Government shall provide, without cost to the Contractor, the utilities necessary to accomplish the tasks to include electrical.
5. UTILITIES:
a. All equipment, materials, and services supplied by the Contractor shall conform to applicable safety and health standards as established in the Federal Regulations Title 29, Chapter SVII, Paragraph, 1910, Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1988.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BRYANT FITNESS CENTER
a. Provide an appropriate work area.
b. The contractor will be notified of facility closures that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONCESSIONAIRE
a. Responsible for all equipment associated with the scoreboard and system installation.
b. The Contractor shall practice utility conservation practices. The Contractor shall be responsible for operating under conditions which preclude the waste of utilities and resources: (water and electricity).
