About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of tactical equipment by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) El Centro Station.
The procurement requires 355 Micro Map Back Panels and 355 Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders to support U.S. Border Patrol agents operating in remote, high-temperature environments. The Micro Map Back Panels are modular storage panels compatible with tactical gear, while the Agilite SAPI Hydration Bladders are hydration systems designed for integration with body armor. All equipment must be new, non-refurbished, and Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant, with a minimum one-year warranty covering parts and labor. The contractor is responsible for testing and certifying all equipment functionality prior to delivery, providing product manuals and warranty documentation in both paper and electronic formats, and delivering all items to the El Centro Station in Imperial, California within 120 days of order award. The contractor must also provide documentation demonstrating compatibility, suitability, and durability of the products and clearly identify any exceptions taken to the SOW requirements. Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) beginning April 11, 2016, and all procurement must comply with DHS Green Procurement Program requirements for environmentally preferable products. The primary point of contact is Trevor Ambrosini at the El Centro Station, with the period of performance consisting of a one-time delivery within 120 days after award.
