The contractor shall notify the Government of valve connection type no later than 45 calendar days before the first delivery and must provide a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) prior to or upon first delivery. The contractor is responsible for ensuring delivery drivers possess proper commercial licensing and HAZMAT endorsements. Upon completion of operational testing in November 2026 and March 2027, the Government will notify the contractor for equipment removal within a 14-day notification window, with all rental/lease fees included in the unit price. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform the work, and contractor personnel must identify themselves as contractors in all communications.
