About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a video display upgrade at the ANG Conference Center. The project involves replacing three existing projector screens with 110" television screens, removing old equipment, and integrating the new displays with the existing Crestron Control System. Key requirements include installing new televisions, programming the control panels to manage three TV displays, and ensuring system functionality such as shutting down, controlling audio levels, and activating a blackout screen option.

The project is sole-sourced to FORD A/V due to the proprietary nature of the Crestron system coding and an existing Service Agreement. Deliverables include fully integrated television screens, removal of old equipment, and a clean, restored conference room. The project will commence upon contract award, with timing to be coordinated with ANG Conference Center staff. Acceptance criteria include successful installation, operational testing, and approval by government representatives. The project is associated with a Special Notice (Solicitation Number: F2QF345072AW01) from the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command.
