STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

F3GHBA4295AW01 - 820 RHS Grease Trap Pumping

1. PROJECT INFORMATION

1.1 General Scope: The contractor shall provide a pump truck, a pump truck operator, a technician, as well as all the other necessary equipment to jet/pump/clean the grease trap and two manholes in the vicinity of Building 10156.

1.2 Location: 5179 Malmstrom Ave Nellis AFB NV 89191 BLDG 10156

2. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1 The contractor will provide the equipment, and the adequately trained labor required to complete the work. An estimated 3000-4000 gallons of water will be required for the cleaning.
