Statement of Work for

DIT-MCO and Computer Software Upgrade

1.0 OBJECTIVE: The government has a need to upgrade the computer and software for fifteen (15) DIT-MCO wire harness testing stations.

2.0 SCOPE: The government currently has fifteen (15) DIT-MCO wire harness testing stations. Each station has a computer and proprietary software to drive the testers. The current computers are experiencing normal wear and tear. DIT- MCO no longer services their old software.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS:

3.1. The contractor shall not proceed with any verbal or written change(s) to the scope of work from sources other than the Contracting Officer, who will provide changes in writing.

3.2. The contractor shall provide:

3.2.1 Minimum Desktop Computer Assembly, i5 Intel® Processor, 4GB Memory, 128 GB Storage Drive, Optical Drive, LAN Port, one (1) USB port, keyboard, mouse, MS Windows® 10 PRO 64bit OS, flat screen monitor, InkJet Printer with USB cable, Power Control/Surge Suppressor and commercial off the shelf (COTS) supporting technical manuals.

3.2.2 NETS® Software Package, 10+ User, under existing DIT-MCO license agreements and COTS supporting technical manuals.

3.3. The government will dispose of obsolete equipment and install new equipment upon delivery which shall be within ninety (90) days of contract award.
