About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the demolition and removal of Building 7013, a pre-engineered metal building, at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. The SOW specifies that the building is approximately 150' x 60' x 25' and requires the contractor to demolish and dispose of the metal siding, roof, steel skeleton, doors, and any other attached materials. The contractor must also remove and dispose of a wall that separates the building into two bays. The concrete slab foundation can remain in place, but any broken debris must be removed. The project has a 120-day performance period with standard working hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The related federal contract opportunity, Solicitation Number FA480123Q0451, is for the Department of the Air Force Air Combat Command to procure these demolition services.
