This Statement of Work (SOW) details a mold remediation project for Building 1351 at Travis Air Force Base, California. The project requires the contractor to perform comprehensive mold abatement services, including demolition and removal of approximately 2,000 square yards of drywall and wood back wall with visible microbial growth, removal of damaged pipe duct insulation, cleaning wall cavities, HEPA vacuuming, wet wiping, and applying anti-microbial solution. The contractor must create a negative pressure enclosure, replace insulation and drywall, texture, prime, and paint the affected areas using Sherwin Williams PROMAR 200 Zero VOC paint.

The SOW emphasizes strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including health and safety requirements, hazardous waste management, and environmental guidelines. Work is to be performed during normal business hours (0730-1630, Monday-Friday), with all cleanup and waste removal to be completed daily. The contractor must coordinate with base maintenance, minimize disruption to building occupants, and ensure all work is performed by qualified mold workers.
