This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of a GPU-accelerated rackmount server system by the 704th Test Support Squadron at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico, dated January 8, 2026. The 704th Test Group requires one fully configured Supermicro GPU SuperServer SYS-522GA-NRT (or equivalent system) to support mission-critical artificial intelligence training, deep learning, and high-performance computing workloads. The system must be delivered fully assembled and tested to 1644 Vandergrift Road, Building 1265, Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico 88330, within 60 days after receipt of order. The point of contact is Vaden Gilloth at vaden.gilloth.1@us.af.mil, 575-572-3825.
The technical specifications require a 5U rackmount chassis with two Intel Xeon 6952P-class processors (minimum 192 physical cores total), 512 GB DDR5-6400 ECC memory, four NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs (minimum 96 GB VRAM each), one 480 GB M.2 NVMe SED solid-state drive, two integrated 10 GbE Ethernet ports, PCIe Gen5 architecture, redundant hot-swappable power supplies, and heavy-duty cooling capable of supporting the full thermal load. The system must include a Supermicro rail kit MCP-290-00057-0N, all internal power cables, GPU power distribution, and airflow shrouds. Service requirements include a three-year parts and labor warranty with one-year cross-shipment replacement coverage, drive retention during warranty replacement, technical telephone support, and hardware replacement. The contractor shall deliver the configured system with installed components, rail kit, rack mounting hardware, manufacturer documentation, warranty materials, and a configuration and validation report. Vendors proposing equivalent processors or GPUs must provide specification sheets and benchmark documentation demonstrating performance equivalency and must meet OEM support and warranty coverage requirements.
