About this file

This is a Sources Sought Notice for the acquisition of a towable trailer-mounted boom lift by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 19 (VISN 19) for the Sheridan VA Medical Center. The notice is issued as a pre-solicitation document under Solicitation Number 36C25926Q0732 to identify potential contractors capable of providing this equipment prior to formal solicitation release.

The Sources Sought Notice requests information from interested vendors regarding their capability to supply a towable trailer-mounted boom lift that meets the VA's operational requirements. This preliminary market research allows the government to understand available solutions, pricing, and delivery capabilities in the marketplace before developing the formal solicitation. Contractors responding to this notice should provide detailed information about their product specifications, technical capabilities, pricing approaches, delivery timelines, and any relevant past performance or qualifications. The notice serves as an opportunity for vendors to express interest and provide input that will inform the development of the final solicitation documents, though responses to a Sources Sought Notice do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of award consideration in any subsequent formal solicitation.
