Statement of Need
931 MXG CSS Furniture
McConnell AFB, Kansas
1. Overview
1.1 The 931 MXG CSS requires a furniture revamp due to the significant issues observed with the current arrangements. The existing furniture pieces, not only exhibiting visible wear and tear, are also outdated and non-uniform, projecting an unprofessional image for the Group Command.
Moreover, the broken components are affecting their utility and causing inconvenience in the work environment.
1.1.2 This is a brand name for the purchase of Indiana Furniture Industries Inc. brand furniture because it was purchased in FY23 via GPC, and it would be a strategic and aesthetic choice to match the existing Command Section furniture.

2.1.2 The 5 L-shaped desks need to be able to raise independently on 2 sides. The Pedestal Return left or right (SP68-2436LF2STS) must be 24” x 36” height adjustable, and the Ped Credenza left or right (68-2466LC1STS) must be 66” W and be height adjustable separately from the Pedestal Return.
2.1.3. All 7 wardrobes (SP66-3072WC12L) will have a 12” space on the left-hand side and overall size 30” W x 24” D.
