Best Estimated Quantities (BEQs) are best known estimates and are subject to change, an estimate of zero (0) does not eliminate the possible need for supplies during that year.

1 In order to bid on CLIN 003 (KSC SLS High Support) a bid must be provided for CLIN 004 (KSC SLS High Support‐‐Partial). (Offeror must provide pricing for both CLINs in order to be considered). Offerors may bid on CLIN 004 only and need not provide a bid for CLIN 003. CLIN 003 and CLIN 004 will be used to replenish both LC‐39B storage spheres after a series of unsuccessful launch attempts, allowing NASA to enter into another series of launch attempts.

2 The Delta IV Heavy Launch Support begins with the completion of the practice launch attempt (wet dress rehearsal) milestone and ends upon launch. An example of

Delta IV Heavy launch support is as follows: Day 1 through Day 5 as follows: Day 1, 5 tankers; Day 2, 5 tankers; Day 3, 5 tankers; Day 4, 5 tankers; Day 5, 10 tankers
