About this file
This document is a Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a TryHackMe Business Subscription License for the Cyber-Formal Training Unit (C-FTU). The procurement involves a 12-month base contract with four one-year option periods, requiring 100 user seats and 40 certification attempts for Security Analyst Level 1 (SAL1) and Pentester Level 1 (PT1) examinations. Key requirements include a browser-based cybersecurity training platform with integrated virtual machines, an unlimited content library, custom room and capture the flag (CTF) builder, and comprehensive skills reporting.
The solicitation, issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command, specifies detailed implementation tasks such as account provisioning within five business days, identity integration support, and a baseline skills assessment. Performance metrics include 99.5% platform uptime, weekly content releases, and two-hour help desk response times. The platform must support SAML or OIDC single sign-on, provide REST API access, align with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II controls, and store data in continental United States cloud regions. Deliverables include monthly metrics reports, an annual content summary, and certification attempts to support Guardian workforce training and qualification under DoD 8140 guidelines.
