About this file
This document outlines the salient characteristics for a Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR) Training Table system. The requirement specifies a comprehensive training system comprising three 65-inch smart televisions, an instructor monitor, a standalone computer system to operate digital airfield simulations, an instructor podium with appropriate cable management holes, and a 3D-printed set of RADR equipment. The system must include capabilities to add new airfield configurations and simulate airfield damage repair scenarios.
The contractor is required to provide complete installation at Building 1461 in the Warehouse, including full setup from unboxing to startup, with the understanding that the table is not permanently affixed and may be relocated in the future. The contractor must also deliver one-time training instruction totaling up to 16 hours or until students complete all training objectives. Training objectives include: starting the system, restarting after system errors, running the training program, plotting airfield damage, simulating airfield repair, switching between airfields, and proper shutdown procedures. Training delivery is scheduled to occur after installation and system testing are complete.
