About this file
This is a Sources Sought notice issued by Peterson Space Force Base's 21st Contracting Squadron for flash-accelerated hybrid storage and archive array solutions.
The government is conducting market research to identify authorized Small Business resellers capable of providing Trade Agreements Act (TAA)-compliant flash-accelerated hybrid storage systems. The required solution must deliver a minimum of 100 TB of actual usable capacity to support high-performance mission workloads including virtual machines, cybersecurity log management, vulnerability scanning, digital forensics, and backups. The storage system must incorporate encryption, role-based access controls, audit logging, snapshots, replication, and high availability features. Additionally, the solution must support data protection and disaster recovery capabilities while enabling non-disruptive expansion. The proposed products must align with applicable cybersecurity standards and frameworks to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-critical data and provide the performance and scalability needed for current and future operations.

1.0 Scope of Work
The Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from vendors that provide the subject products. Specifically, we are conducting market research to identify authorized Small Business resellers capable of providing a TAA-compliant, flash-accelerated hybrid storage and archive array.
The government requires a robust solution that delivers a minimum of 100 TB of usable capacity to support high-performance mission workloads—including virtual machines and cybersecurity log management—while simultaneously providing cost-effective, long-term data retention. All proposed products shall meet or exceed the following minimum specifications outlined in this Salient Characteristics.
1.1 Product Performance Specifications
• Minimum 100 TB actual storage requirement.
• Must support cybersecurity tools, virtual machines, log management, vulnerability scanning, digital forensics, backups, and other mission-critical workloads.
• Encryption, role-based access controls (RBAC), audit logging, snapshots, replication, and high availability.
• Support data protection, disaster recovery, and non-disruptive expansion.
• Provide the performance and scalability needed for current and future operations.
• Align with applicable cybersecurity standards and frameworks, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of mission-critical data.
• Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliant.
