About this file

This notice requests quotes for an RF channel simulator. The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a radio frequency channel simulator capable of simulating effects like Doppler, path delay, attenuation, multipath fading, and additive white Gaussian noise with at least a 500 MHz bandwidth across four independent and time-synchronized channels. The system must ingest satellite ephemeris from AGI Systems Toolkit and meet other characteristics described in the attached salient characteristics document. The solicitation will result in the lowest quote technically acceptable being selected for this commercial item acquisition conducted according to FAR 12.6 and coded under NAICS 334515 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
