Salient Characteris�cs – Automated CTK Crib
Salient Characteris�cs:
The firm requirements for this acquisi�on are separated into 3 main components for clarity: the crib, the so�ware, and the addi�onal external lockers/bins for larger items that will not fit in the standardized crib. Max. dimension of en�re setup not to exceed 78” in length, 48” in width (depth) and 96” in height (tall) due to wall space limita�ons. US plugs/voltage are strongly preferred. Addi�onal requirements include 5-year standard warranty, training, installa�on & freight (FOB Spangdahlem AB).
1. Crib Specifications: Bench stock management tambour crib for maximizing usable space as well as automated lockers. Items not in the crib will be stored in the lockers and must have viewing window/visibility for quick reference or to find a “like” item.
• Must include dispensing crib with touchscreen to easily search and view images of assets in selected bins.
• Min. 300 parts cups (for holding smaller items in crib, such as washers, bolts, nuts, etc.) for current hardware stock.
• Min. capacity of 300 bins; max. capacity of 750 bins to accommodate future growth of our Benchstock program.
2. Inventory-focused management PC / license software: with ID-capable scanner for login to ensure assets are tracked and secure from unauthorized personnel. Must be able to create reports and no�fy of low stock.
3. Locker Specifications: Minimum of 29 automated modular locker doors/drawer, custom bench stock database and parts bin configura�on with 2 custom reports (IAW AFI 21-101). Necessary bin size breakdown below, however locker dimension alterna�ves will be reviewed for acceptability determina�on during technical evalua�on:
• Locker 1 approximate dimensions, 6ft. Frame:
o 4 bins, each with a door: approx. 12”H x 6” W o 1 doored bin: approx. 12”H o 2 Stacked 2 single doored 12“H and 4 single doored 12”H x 6” H, measurements approx.
o 2 Stacked 4 double drawers, approx. 3”H o 2 stacked double doored, approx. 6”H x 12”W o 1 Double doored approx. 12”W x 18”H
• Locker 2 approximate dimensions, 6ft. Frame:
o 3 single doored bins, approx.12”H x 8”W ) o 1 double-doored bin, approx. 6”H x 12” W o 3 stacked single-doored bins, approx. 18”H
