About this file
This document is a Sources Sought notice for Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) or Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) located at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West (MRCO-W) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing five AGVs or AMRs, including the respective docking/charging stations, software, computer workstation, and testing. The robots will transport clean sterile products from the Sterilization Processing Department to the Operating Room and return contaminated instruments, traveling through designated tunnels, elevators, and doors. The key product requirements include a low profile to fit under existing carts, safety features, operator control and information display, wireless communication and power capabilities, and a 1,000 lb. load capacity. MRCO-W is seeking responses from interested parties, including their company information, confirmation of the ability to meet the stated requirements, and whether they have an existing contract vehicle that could be utilized. No pricing information should be provided in the response. This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an actual solicitation.
