FROM: 3 MUNS/MXWCB
SUBJECT: Salient Characteristics of Lofted Garage
1. The following items are the considered salient characteristics of required lofted garage:
• Prefabricated or built on site lofted garage. Approximate dimensions 14ft x 40ft x 9 ft first floor with loft area for storage.
• Exterior building color: Tan
• Wall construction: Wood
• Roof Color: Black
• Roof Material: Metal
• Man Doors: Two (2) metal doors approximately 80 in X 36 in.
• Garage Door: One (1) manual garage door approximately 9ft X 7ft.
• Building should be on skids or similar construction to allow for repositioning
• Requested building layout:
2. In addition to providing the above equipment, the contractor shall assemble the lofted garage at the munition inspection facility or deliver assembled building. All work shall be completed between the hours of 07:00-15:30 Monday-Friday.
