This document is a Request for Information (RFI) for the International Criminal Investigations Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) / Office of Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) Worldwide Support Services contract opportunity.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is seeking information from potential sources capable of providing worldwide support services, including administrative, logistical, professional, and technical labor, supplies, equipment, facilities, and materials. The RFI provides background on the program and the services required, and requests that interested parties respond to a list of questions in Attachment 1 to demonstrate their technical capabilities and experience. The government is contemplating a 5-year Hybrid IDIQ contract with Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, and Labor Hour task orders. All small businesses, including Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone, Women-Owned, and Service Disabled are encouraged to respond. Responses are due by 12:00 PM EST on September 9, 2024, and should be submitted via email. The government will also host an Industry Day on November 6, 2024 for interested parties.
