The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will coordinate specific delivery dates and locations, with the government delivering supplies to staging locations and the contractor responsible for loading. Performance standards require 95% service compliance, with invoicing to be completed within 30 days of service and fuel charges to be reimbursed at direct cost without profit. The contract will be administered through task orders issued against the base agreement.
